All our breads, sauces, relishes and dips are made fresh in our kitchen each day.
Our Fish is sourced from Greencastle Fishermen’s Co-op, our oysters from Foylemore Oysters and all our beef is sourced in Ireland.
We use the local organic farm shop in Moville and White Oaks organic farm to source vegetables when possible. Our Potatoes come from Diver’s farm in Greencastle.
Both our food and wine menus reflect our own personal tastes and have thus been tested extensively and enthusiastically… especially the latter.
